get better with Us
What to expect. A workout at Dynamic Athletics would start with ground-based mobility work, progressing into a dynamic warm-up, followed by sprint mechanics, linear/lateral acceleration and/or change of direction training. With our open group classes, we are able to separate students in a way that allows them to reach an elite level.
When athletes ages +14 and move onto their weight program after the agility training, younger athletes will stay on the turf for plyometric training and basic strength movements. Basic strength work includes: squats, deadlifts, olympic lift variations and upper body strength exercises. Hip and shoulder stability and mobility exercises are performed on a daily basis.
Low athlete-trainer ratio
Each of our classes has 3-5 trainers with a max of 40 athletes
The workouts are all designed around scientific research and also by applying experience that has been gained by the training staff because of their experience training many athletes with various skill-sets. Progress of each athlete is measured and recorded each session while always keeping injury prevention in mind. Athletes are taught responsibility as they are expected to complete and record the weight moved after each exercise. The athletes are encouraged to take ownership of their workouts and taught that the success they’re striving for in their sport is dependent on the effort they put forth each time they enter Dynamic Athletics.
Athletic movements such as lower/upper body strength, lower/upper body power, rotational power, speed/acceleration are tracked to monitor progress and assess personal growth on a 4-6 week cycle.
